Simplify the process through our unique BPM Strategy. Business Process Management (BPM) is radically changing the way organizations manage their businesses today. A critical factor in success of Business Process Management strategy is understands that BPM is as much about the people & processes as it is about the technology and systems. BSM aligns these three components together by working with department managers. BPM is much more than mere technology; it is a revolutionary approach to manage processes in an organization with great agility to ensure rapid ROI and unbeatable efficiency. The goal of BSM’s Supply Chain Approach is to develop a roadmap for remapping or introducing software and business process changes that will provide the fastest time to value. Our goal is to outline a structure within which improvements and technology can be introduced without disrupting the day-to-day activities. Phase 1 – Evaluation & Planning: Frame the company’s supply chain processes as a set of competencies: Understanding Curent Process & Demand, Managing Inventories, Planning for demand, Planning Production, and Scheduling. Deliverables: Report including “As Is” process, how things are done today, who does what. Timing, systems, IT, flow charts, etc. – a detailed report showing precisely how things are done today Phase 2 – Identify Areas of Improvements &Alternative Exploration/Gap Closures: Identify the software and process changes needed to improve the effectiveness of the supply chain for each of these core competencies. Deliverables: Report defining pit falls, short comings, gaps in the current process defined in Phase 1, collection of input from all sources to define what is working well and what is not working. Prioritize the gaps that require closing, cost of not making improvements. Phase 3 – Actionable Steps &Gap Closure Recommendations: Provide a prioritized list of actionable steps that can be taken to improve the supply chain. These form the basis of a project plan for implementing software and business process changes. Deliverables: Specific set of recommendations, plan (who, what, by when) timing, priorities, investments required to close gaps and improve processes. Phase 4 – Implementation: Implementation of gap closure plan, monitoring, leading, execution – completion of action plan in a timely manner, updated process flows, training and SOPs.
