BSM Advisory Team was established in early 2011 to obtain guidance and knowledge from industry leaders. Advisors represent the skills, interests, backgrounds, accomplishments, and diverse constituencies within various domain practices of BSM. They are selected after consultation with Board of Directors in the affected areas, and offer assistance to BSM through their personal skills, knowledge of issues, and familiarity with resources, leaders, government, media, and community organizations. Advisors provide valuable counsel on emerging concerns and trends, and in turn have stimulated the creation of program activities responding to a range of issues, including diversity, the recent past, education, technology, healthcare, and economic development.

Dr. Michael (Micha) Shafir
Dr. Shafir is the founder and CEO, PonsHoldings LTD. He founded Pons Holdings (Technology Greenhouse) on March 2003 and PonsEye Medical Sciences Ltd., on August 2003. In addition, Dr. Shafir was the co-founder of MagniFire and held the positions as CTO and Chief Architect. Dr. Shafir has over 17 years of networking and ‎information security experience and holds a long patents attainments (Medical science, security, networking and communication). Before founding MagniFire, Dr. Shafir headed new product development at Radware Ltd. Prior to his work in Radware, Dr. Shafir established the integration department and acted as its manager at Israel's largest networking company, Bynet Data Communication Ltd.‎ Dr. Shafir advises BSM in New Technologies and product developments.

Dr. Niranjan Kumar Ph.D.
Dr. Kumar is in Biochemistry & Microbiology, Executive Masters in Technology Management (Penn Eng. & Wharton Business School, UPenn) with 22 years of extensive experience in Biologics (novel vaccines) and Biotherapeutics (Proteins & Monoclonal Antibodies). He also founded 2 companies in the US (ABS Inc. –Products & Pharma Solutions - Services) and one non-profit Organization in the US (GBPCG). Dr. Kumar is Chairman & CEO of ABSNOVACELL LTD. and elected USP Expert committee (2005-2010) . Dr. Kumar is actively involved in business development & fund raising and held numerous senior management positions as Senior VP, Wockhardt Biotech Strategic Business Unit, responsible for managing the entire Biotechnology Manufacturing Operations for commercial products derived from core platform technologies (Yeast, E. coli, Mammalian cells) for Human r-DNA derived Insulin, Epo, and Insulin Glargine. Dr. Kumar was an Executive Director, Novavax Inc. USA, Technical (Analytical development, Product development) and Quality Operations, responsible for corporate strategies and functional leadership. Prior to that Dr. Kumar worked as Dy. Director in Sanofi–Aventis and responsible for 10 licensed products methods, process development, validation & CMC. Dr. Kumar brings strong strategic corporate management, project, product, portfolio, business and communication and prioritization skills. He published over 51 peer-reviewed manuscripts and abstracts, presented 100 international and national lectures. Dr. Kumar is member of numerous professional Organizations and has patents on novel technology.
 

Mr. Frank Bellezza
Mr. Bellezza an innovative and energetic leader, skilled communicator/team builder, and adept negotiator. He has proven ability to analyze manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and distribution systems for growth opportunities. Mr. Bellezza has introduced strategic and tactical solutions that improve competitive performance while increasing efficiencies and decreasing costs. He has developed and implemented global supply chain, forecasting, inventory management, and customer service initiatives for leading manufacturers/distributors. Mr. Bellezza was the VP of Materials Management / Supply Chain of CEI (Cosmetic Essence Inc.) from 2002 to 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Bellezza worked with prestigious corporations such as MANA Products, Tri-Star Corporation, Warner Lambert Consumer Healthcare Group, Elizabeth Arden and Ansell Inc.
 

Mr. Gary Pezzuti
Mr. Pezzuti has 30+ years of experience in placing Manufacturing and Supply Chain Professionals serving most of the manufacturing sectors. In addition to Recruiting & Staffing, Gary has 15+ years of experience in conducting Seminars to Manufacturing & Materials Management Professionals, pro bono, through APICS, NAPM/ISM and ASQ on various topics including Resumes, Interviewing, Effective Marketing, Career Insurance, Business Etiquette, Networking for us Shy People, Navigating Your Career Path and "What Can I Give" vs. "WII-FM". Mr. Pezzuti advises BSM in their Staff Augmentation Division.

Mr. Jyotiprakash Chati
Jyoti is a Oracle Applications Techo-Functional Specialist with over 25 years of industry experience mainly in the Global IT industry, with significant knowledge in software development, consulting, ERP and IT support functions. Jyoti started working with Oracle Corp. in the Oracle Applications space in 1998 and till date has worked on number of implementations, upgrades, and has carried out applications support for many MNC's. He was heading up the Oracle Practice and the Offshore Development Center in companies like Rapidigm, Fujitsu Consulting, Mannai Corp. He has proven his excellence in the area of People management, Quality Management, Project Management, Client Management and Business Development. Jyoti contributed richly to the growth of Rapidigm India into a SEI-CMM level 5 company. He has also contributed in building up Mannai Corporations offshore Unit successfully. Jyoti has worked with groups from various countries including USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kenya, Israel and Qatar. Jyoti has done his Masters in Computer Management from Pune University and Post-graduation in Industrial Engineering. Mr. Chati advises BSM in our Oracle Practice / Service offerings.
